Shipping information
A reliable and trustworthy shipping partner is extremely important to us. Therefore, we always select the shipping provider in coordination with our customer and according to the value of the respective package.

Before dispatch, we ensure that the goods are packaged in perfect condition to guarantee flawless delivery.
Shippment will prepared after recievment of payment and time of shipping depends on shipping partner but for Germany it takes between 1-3 working days. For Europe 2-4 working days (excluding the islands, they can take up to 6) , worldwide international shipment depends on costums as well but takes between 2 working days until 7 working days.
Costs and risks of the shippemt when no other agreed rely on the buyer.
Return / Exchange policy
Retail / Einzelhandel
For retail customers, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. The product must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage. Custom-made, personalized, or specially commissioned pieces are excluded from return or exchange.

Wholesale / Großhandel
For wholesale orders, all sales are generally final. Exchanges after purchase are not permitted. In exceptional cases, and only by prior agreement, goods may be exchanged for other goods of equal value. However, we kindly ask our wholesale partners to refrain from requesting exchanges whenever possible.
